Lets see... day thirteen Me-Made-May. I'm going to try and catch up with all the other participants (it seems they are on day 17 - ooops). So this is the ensemble (I can never say that with a straight face) I wore on day 13.
I'm not sure it's necessary to show off this top, because if you have the pattern- it's on the envelope exactly like this. I was looking for a pattern to make a stripy top and when I saw this one already made up, perfection. I did not change a thing. The pattern is Simplicity 2593. A Cynthia Rowley pattern. I am going out on a limb here to highly recommend this pattern.
The skirt is Burda 8155. I made this skirt when I was searching for the perfect pencil skirt. Although I like this skirt, I actually found a pencil skirt pattern that I like even better.
This one.
is it just me or is this month flying by?

Loving this outfit. The stripes and the floral look really chic together!
Cynthia Rowley just rocks doesn't she! Great combo.
Oooh. Now I must go wear my Cynthia Rowley top (also sewn in the blue seersucker) with a floral skirt. Thanks for reminding me of another way to wear it!!!
BTW, your neckline turned out so much cuter than mine. I fought with it until I had something I could live with. Too much of a perfectionist? Maybe.
Really cute outfit....love the stripes and floral together! I have to get that Cynthia Rowley pattern.
Great outfit. Great photo.
I really like this outfit! (and yes, the month is flying by and I'm also behind on my Me-Made May posts. Oops.)
Cute outfit!
This blouse is perfection!
You just reminded me that I have the Cynthia Rowley pattern as well. Love this look together. Country Girl, you're making me want to move to that country life!!
